International Grafting Programs

International Field Trips to Vegetable Grafting Nurseries

The USDA-SCRI Vegetable Grafting Technology Working Group offered two opportunities for U.S. propagators to visit selected nurseries worldwide in an effort to learn more about commercial vegetable grafting operations. The first trip took place on August 16-23, 2015 and explored facilities in Taiwan and Japan. The second trip visited Israel and Italy in early 2016. Technical Workshop on Vegetable Grafting

A vegetable grafting workshop was held in conjunction with the V ISHS International Symposium on Cucurbits on June 22-26, 2015 in Cartagena (Spain). The program was provided by Rootpower. Click here for more information.

1st ISHS International Symposium on Vegetable Grafting

Was held on March 17-21, 2014 at the International Academic Exchange Center of Huazhong Agricultural University in Wuhan, China. The program aimed to continue fostering collaboration among grafting researchers and industry professionals worldwide.
 

Vegetable Grafting to Improve Yield and Fruit Quality under Biotic and Abiotic Stress Conditions.
