Hands-on Plant Grafting Workshop

A hands-on plant grafting workshop was held on Friday, January 16, 2015 at the Hilton Columbia Center Hotel in Columbia, South Carolina. The program was hosted by the South Carolina Watermelon Association and Clemson University. Demonstrations by local experts was given for watermelon, cantaloupe and tomato. Tomato Grafting Clinic

Held during the 2015 Great Plains Grower Conference, the Tomato Grafting Clinic took place on January 9 and 10, 2015 in St Joseph, MO. The clinic provided a self-guided tour of grafting. Local experts were available for Q & A as well as grafting demonstrations. For more information, click here.
 

3rd Annual Grafting Symposium

Organized by the USDA SCRI Vegetable Grafting Team, this program was be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015. The symposium coincided with the 2015 SE Regional Fruit and Vegetable Conference held on January 8-11, 2015 at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center in Savannah, Georgia. This class was held March 20, 2014 on the main campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. A short lecture was followed by a demonstration and hands on training to students.
